Schedule - 10am - arrive at Regents Park (pitch 3, as per last few weeks) 10.20am - warm up #1 10.30am - game #1 11am - game #2 11.30am - game #3 12pm - Extra game 12.30pm - finish. 1pm - The Albany.
Please bring - Lions jumper (if you have one), water, mouth guard, boots, shorts/sock, change of clothes (for the pub). Showers are back at the hub if you are desperate.
