Home Ground

The Lions play home games at OR Tambo Recreation Ground.

This has been our 'home' in London since 2009 and we are lucky to have such a brilliant place to play and such great hosts in Robby and the team at the Pavilion Cafe.  As well as the footy pitch, OR Tambo Rec has a cafe, playground, tennis courts, change rooms and toilet facilities.  Every home game there is a BBQ and bar set up, plus food, warm drinks and more for sale at the Pavilion Cafe.

The ground is only 5 minutes walk from Bounds Green tube station on the Picadilly Line.  Exit the station at Bounds Green, cross the A109 (Station Rd) and walk down Durnsford Road.  Approximately 5 minutes walk and you will find Albert Road Rec on the right hand side of the road, just past the large Garden Centre.

Training Ground

We train at Regents Park, in central London.

As well as being one of the most central and spectacular parks in London, as a Licensed Club at Regents Park we get access to the sporting pitches so that we have solid turf underfoot even in the middle of January when training kicks off.

Regents Park can be accessed from any of a range of tube  lines and stations.  It's a short walk from Baker St, Regents Park, Great Portland St, Camden and even St John's Wood to our training ground.  To find us, aim for the Hub (a cafe on a small hill in the middle of the sporting pitches at the Northern end of the park (near the London Zoo).  It's clearly marked on maps at every park entrance, and you'll easily spot us training from there.
